Return Policy

If you aren't satisfied with your online or in store purchase, you can receive a refund or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. Only unused products can be returned or exchanged and must be in original packaging with tags. Clearance items are not returnable. You must contact us at henricusgiftshop@gmail.com as to the reason for the return and an authorization code to return an item.

IN-STORE PICK UP: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please pick up within two weeks from the date of purchase or give us a call to make arrangements for a later pick up.
