Shipping and Returns
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our museum store or ship them directly to your doorstep.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped flat-rate with USPS or Fedex. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. Delivery times vary but can take 3-8 days depending where you live.
IN-STORE PICK UP: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please pick up within two weeks from the date of purchase or give us a call to make arrangements for a later pick up.
ONLINE RETURNS:
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can receive a full refund within 30 days with a receipt. Only unused products can be returned and must be in original packaging with tags.
Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
